Mark as Useful HARASSING TELEMARKETER!! CALLED AND TRIED TO GET INFORMATION (IE FIRST NAME OF ATTORNEY, ADDRESS, ETC). SAID THEY WERE REFERRED BY "DAVID SMITH" AND WERE VAGUE AND EVASIVE. WHEN I ASKED WHERE THEY WAS CALLING FROM THEY REPLIED "FROM MY OFFICE DOWNTOWN" ... HANG UP!!!

Mark as Useful He called my cell said he was a lawyer and that I should get a lawyer. He told me that i had been given a loan from cash america and never made a payment.So I was being going to be charged with 3 felonies. And so i was being sued for the money. Their would be a warrant for my arrest, and to be bailed out it would cost me in excess of $8000.00 (Can't remember the exact amount) Had my Bank Account Number, Social, that I was Disabled, my address.

Mark as Useful This is legitimate company. Like the other person, I spoke with a very respectful and intelligent person. As it turns out, this was not a valid debt, much as I suspected. However, the company at this number is as much the victim as I am as the problem stems from the account they purchased. If they call you, contact them.
